Secondary PD Program

By the end of this level teachers will be able to :-
1-leverage the EKB/ LMS resources to enhance student learning.
2-Support Opportunities of students’ self-learning.
3-learn the importance of comparison skill with students and steps of making effective comparison.
4-Learn the importance of summarizing skill in organizing students' study and preparing them for the end-of-year exam.
5-Importance of note-Taking skill.
6-Apply Note Taking Window” which enables students to review and get ready for tests ,enhance writing skill and organize their thinking.
7- Apply “Fryer Model” to understand educational content not to memorize it , give different examples and non-examples for content ,identify facts and features and recognize how to compile a reference and summarize it for test reviews and share with colleagues.

By the end of this levels teachers will be able to :-
1-Plan revision opportunities for students.
2-using summarizing skills, comparison skills ,taking notes and make final summary through basic concepts & links across the curriculum and other curricula,and apply them to real life, jobs and professions.
3- use different digital tools”Google slide-Padlet” and EKB/LMS resources to share and record assignments for students during the review of the unit .
4- Prepare a sample of a unit summary.
